TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership/access is subject to availability and the plan selected by the member.

2. Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.

3. Karmakul reserves the right to verify member identity at the time of registration or access.

4. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless specifically mentioned.

5. Membership/payment must be made in advance.

6. Once a membership period has commenced, the membership fee is generally non-refundable.

7. Any additional services, meeting rooms, printing, parking or other chargeable facilities will be billed separately.

8. Day passes, weekly passes and monthly memberships are valid only for the period mentioned in the selected plan.

9. Unused days or hours cannot automatically be carried forward or exchanged for cash.

10. Flexible/random seating is subject to availability.

11. Dedicated seats, cabins and private rooms are available only where specifically included in the membership/package.

12. Karmakul may change seating arrangements when reasonably required for operational purposes.

13. Meeting rooms, conference rooms, podcast/studio facilities and other shared resources should be booked in advance where applicable.

14. Usage beyond the allotted booking period may attract additional charges.

15. Members are responsible for leaving shared facilities in a clean and usable condition.

16. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided as a shared facility.

17. Karmakul does not guarantee uninterrupted internet, electricity or other utility services in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

18. Complimentary tea/coffee, if included in the selected plan, is subject to reasonable usage.

19. Outside food may be consumed only in designated areas.

20. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

21. Parking is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

22. Karmakul is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or belongings kept inside vehicles.

23. Members are responsible for their laptops, documents, valuables and personal belongings.

24. Karmakul will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.

25. Members must use the premises only for lawful professional/business activities.

26. Activities that disturb other members, create excessive noise, or create safety/security risks are prohibited.

27. Karmakul reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

28. No refund will ordinarily be provided for termination resulting from violation of Karmakul rules.

29. Karmakul may reasonably modify its pricing, facilities, operating procedures and terms from time to time.

30. Members will be informed of material changes wherever applicable.

31. By purchasing a pass, membership or service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Karmakul Rules & Regulations.
