RULES & REGULATIONS
Please read the following rules and regulations carefully.
A. General Conduct
1. Please remove your footwear before entering the KarmKul workspace and keep it neatly outside the entrance.
2. Maintain a professional, respectful and positive environment.
3. Treat fellow members, visitors and Karmakul staff with respect.
4. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Keep conversations and activities at a reasonable volume.
6. Do not disturb other members who are working or attending meetings.
B. Workstations & Seating
7. Use only the seat, desk or room assigned/booked to you.
8. Do not occupy another member's seat or reserved space.
9. Keep your workstation clean and organised.
10. Do not leave personal belongings unattended for extended periods.
11. Do not move furniture without prior permission from Karmakul management.
C. Meeting Rooms
12. Meeting rooms must be used only for the duration booked.
13. Please vacate the room on time so that the next member can use it.
14. Keep meeting rooms clean after use.
15. Avoid unnecessary noise in meeting rooms, corridors and common areas.
16. Additional usage beyond the booked time may be chargeable.
D. Internet & Technology
17. Wi-Fi access is provided for legitimate business and personal work.
18. Do not use the Karmakul network for illegal activities, hacking, unauthorised access, distribution of malware or other abusive activities.
19. Members are responsible for securing their own devices, passwords and data.
20. Do not attempt to access another member's device, account or data.
E. Food & Beverages
21. Food and beverages must be consumed only in permitted areas where applicable.
22. Keep the pantry and common areas clean.
23. Do not leave food waste, cups or containers at workstations.
24. Complimentary tea/coffee facilities are intended for members and reasonable personal consumption.
F. Phone Calls & Meetings
25. Use headphones where appropriate for calls, videos and online meetings.
26. Long or loud calls should be taken in designated areas or meeting rooms.
27. Respect other members' need for a quiet working environment.
G. Visitors
28. Visitors must be registered/approved as required by Karmakul management.
29. Members are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
30. Visitors may not use member facilities without appropriate permission or payment.
H. Security & Safety
31. Do not block emergency exits, stairways or access routes.
32. Follow all fire safety and emergency instructions.
33. Do not bring hazardous, illegal or prohibited materials onto the premises.
34. Report suspicious activity, damage, accidents or safety concerns immediately to Karmakul staff.
I. Smoking & Prohibited Activities
35. Smoking, vaping or consumption of prohibited substances is not permitted inside the premises.
36. Alcohol consumption is not permitted unless specifically authorised for an approved event.
37. Gambling, illegal activities and activities that create a safety or security risk are strictly prohibited.
J. Property & Damage
38. Members must take reasonable care of Karmakul furniture, equipment and facilities.
39. Any intentional or negligent damage may be charged to the responsible member.
40. Do not remove Karmakul property from the premises without permission.
K. Privacy & Confidentiality
41. Members should respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
42. Do not photograph, record or publish another member or their work without permission.
43. Do not access, copy or disclose another person's documents, screens, conversations or business information.
L. Management Rights
44. Karmakul management may intervene when any activity affects safety, security, cleanliness or the working environment.
45. Management may request a member or visitor to stop an activity that violates these rules.
46. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
By entering and using Karmakul facilities, every member and visitor agrees to follow these Rules & Regulations.
